Our project, HR, and Industrial Safety departments work together to provide training, guidance, and development for our personnel. This ensures good coordination, a positive work environment, and mutual respect among our team and other contractors, guaranteeing consistency across work centers and facilities where we provide our services.
We have specialists in each area of our company, and our projects are overseen by managers who ensure that every detail, from start to finish, is meticulously addressed.
All of our employees receive ongoing training for working at heights to ensure that our work is performed to the highest standard, while always prioritizing the well-being of our team members.
The majority of our team members are certified and qualified in the operation of forklifts, aerial platforms, cranes, and telehandlers, including those powered by LP gas, dual fuel, or electric systems.
In addition to regular refresher courses required to ensure safe operations within the company.
